We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Stamping Production Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of metal stamping operations for a tier-1 automotive supplier. Imagine:
· Leading a focused and skilled team of up to 75 employees dedicated to stamping operations, fostering a culture of precision and high performance within their advanced manufacturing environment.
· Owning the entire stamping process, from tooling setup and press operation to achieving optimal output and exceeding production targets for their globally recognized automotive clients.
· Implementing and refining best-in-class stamping techniques to maximize efficiency, enhance quality, and reduce cycle times in their modern facility.
· Troubleshooting complex stamping challenges with your deep technical understanding and problem-solving prowess.
· Contributing directly to the creation of essential, high-quality metal components that are integral to the vehicles of some of the world’s largest OEM automotive manufacturers.
· Making a significant and measurable impact on production efficiency and overall success for a company that values innovation and quality.
We are looking for a proven leader with:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (strongly preferred).
· 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume metal stamping operation, within the automotive industry.
· Proven ability to manage large teams and production areas.
· Strong knowledge of metal stamping processes and press operation.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills with a hands-on approach.
· Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
· Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in an automotive manufacturing environment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities within an advanced factory setting.
