With 40 years of experience in Manufacturing and Executive Recruiting, Bob offer clients something few recruiters can: firsthand manufacturing leadership experience combined with decades of search expertise. Before moving into recruiting in 2000, he was a Plant Manager for a General Motors / Delphi Automotive spin-off manufacturer, so he understands exactly what it takes to lead in demanding industrial environments.

Bob now recruits top talent for the automotive, specialty vehicle, chemicals, oil & gas, and general manufacturing industries, both domestically and internationally. Because he lived the challenges his clients face, he does more than match resumes to job descriptions. He identifies leaders and impact players who can solve problems, drive results, and elevate the business.

He earned his B.S. in Business, with an Accounting and Finance concentration, from Wright State University, while working full-time for General Motors. That foundation reinforced the practical, disciplined approach he brings to every search.

He & his team work with only a select number of companies at a time, allowing them to dig deep into both the client’s needs and the candidate’s true capabilities. In 2010, he was inducted into MRI’s Summit Club as a Top Ten Account Executive of the Decade for 2000-2009. He has also earned MRI’s Pacesetter Award for 24 consecutive years, from 2002 through 2025, demonstrating exceptional consistency and long-term success.

Bob is a member of the MRI Hall of Fame with more than $12 million in career sales, and he has been recognized multiple times as Central Region Account Executive of the Year in 2006, 2010, and 2011.

On the global stage, Bob earned MRI’s coveted Global Top Ten Account Executive of the Year award in 2007, 2010, and 2011, finishing #7 in the world in 2007, #2 in 2010, and #5 in 2011.

He was also named MRI’s IOR Recruiter of the Year in 2011 and 2023 and is ranked among the top 1% of MRI professionals worldwide.
