Susie serves as Chief Financial Officer of Snyder Executive Search, overseeing the firm’s accounting, financial management, payroll, and back-office operations. Her leadership helps ensure the company operates with financial discipline, accuracy, and the strong internal support needed to serve clients and candidates effectively.
Earlier in her career, Susie worked as a Financial Advisor for a government contractor, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, planning, and business operations. She later took a planned career break to focus on raising her family before returning to the workforce and joining Snyder Executive Search.
Today, Susie combines her financial experience, organizational skills, and practical approach to help guide the firm’s continued growth and long-term success.
