Susie is the Chief Financial Officer of Snyder Executive Search, responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance. She began her career as a Financial Advisor with SPAWAR, a government contractor, where she gained early experience in financial analysis and disciplined fiscal management. After stepping away from her career to raise a family, she returned to the workforce with a renewed perspective and strong leadership capabilities. She brings a combination of financial acumen, sound judgment, and executive presence to her role.
